I've determined I'm taking the photography certificate course at the college. As much as I want to do the character design one, I really don't want to hear it from my parents that I'm taking a course that "not going to help me in the future." Good news though is that I am working on new art, albeit rather slowly.
The job is kinda pissing me off, but not for reason like "I have no hours" or anything like that. I had to go to the emergency room on Sunday because of my eye and, despite giving people an hour and a half warning that I will not be able to open (as my eyes were fucking swollen shut), nobody seemed to be "available" to open. My favorite part was when one coworker's key was magically fix from that morning.
They've known about the condition of my eye since I started working there. Since iritis can be caused by pretty much anything, the stress of starting a new job was making it flare up really bad. It finally just completely caught up and made my eyes swell shut.
Needless to say, I have to hand over my E.R. discharge papers and the eye doctor's note and when I have to go back to them for a quick check up. I just have to let them know I'll be back after I'm finished. I just have to do that and then get to the psychologist like my primary care doctor wants me to and maybe we'll have a basic idea of why this may be constantly coming back.
Bonus, I get paid two days after my birthday. LOTS OF MONEY FOR VACATION HELL YEAH.
Also, next month I may just start purchasing yearly subscriptions to here. I get more features as compared to just being a regular user.
